At ingbuy.com, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your products will be shipped.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping across all serviceable pin codes in India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Processing begins once the payment is confirmed and all order details are verified.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
Orders to remote or non-metro areas may experience slight delays.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional service fee, shown at checkout if available.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to track your order in real-time.
6. Delays and Exceptions
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other force majeure events
Incorrect shipping address or contact details provided by the customer
Carrier-related issues or logistic restrictions in certain areas
If you experience an unusual delay, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence at info.lhakar@proton.me. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
8. Change of Address
If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We cannot change the address once the order is dispatched.
